This page describes consumer health data that can be associated with a Nara account. It is not a medical privacy notice and it does not invent certifications. Nara is coaching and wellbeing guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease.
Consumer health data here means health, fitness, and wellbeing context you choose to share with Nara. This marketing website does not ask for health records, diagnoses, or wearable exports. If you use the Nara app, the information below can apply to that account.
In the app, that can include goals, schedule, experience, equipment, restrictions you communicate, check-ins, and coaching context for training, nutrition, recovery, rehabilitation, and mind. If you connect a supported wearable or another source, available signals — such as activity, sleep, heart rate, HRV, or recovery-oriented data — can inform recommendations. Not every metric exists on every device. You decide what to share.
Information you provide can be used to personalize coaching. Feature availability depends on your membership and what you connect. We do not use this website to request medical records or to make clinical decisions. Health-related context you share in the app is for coaching, not for advertising on this website.
If you submit a product-updates or launch-notification form, we collect the email address you provide and store it as a Shopify customer record. Shopify may set cookies needed to run the storefront. Website login uses the same sign-in as the Nara app to recognize you. Those website forms do not collect consumer health data.
Shopify hosts this website and processes storefront and form data. Apple and Google process App Store and Google Play accounts and purchases. Wearable and device companies process data under their own policies when you connect them. Authentication for My Nara on this site uses the same sign-in as the app.
We do not use website form data to sell health information. We do not ask you to send medical records, diagnoses, or clinical documents through this website. Do not treat Nara as emergency care or as a substitute for a clinician.
In the app, use the in-product privacy and connection controls to review, update, or disconnect what you shared when those controls are available. Disconnecting a source stops new signals from that connection when the product supports that control. For the website email record collected by forms, unsubscribe in those messages or email support@naraxai.com. If a law in your region gives you additional rights over consumer health data, use that same address.
Read Privacy Policy and Share Data for the website and for how sharing works in the app. If this notice changes, we will update this page. Continued use after an update means the new text applies to later visits.
