Last updated October 2026. This page covers the Nara marketing website and, at a high level, data you can share in the Nara app.
This page explains what information you can share with Nara, who can process it, and the choices you keep. It is not a medical privacy notice and it does not invent certifications.
You choose what context to give Nara. Profile details, goals, check-ins, equipment, restrictions, and connected devices are optional unless a feature needs them. You can update or disconnect those sources in the app when that control is available.
This marketing site does not ask for health records, diagnoses, or wearable exports. If you join product updates, we collect the email you submit and store it as a Shopify customer record. Shopify may set cookies needed to run the storefront. Website login, when you use it, uses the same account service as the Nara app to recognize you.
In the app, information you provide can be used to personalize coaching for training, nutrition, recovery, and mind. That can include goals, schedule, experience, equipment, restrictions you communicate, and check-ins. Feature availability depends on your membership and what you connect. Nara is coaching and wellbeing guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease.
If you connect a supported wearable or another source in the app, available signals — such as activity, sleep, heart rate, HRV, or recovery-oriented data — can inform recommendations. Not every metric exists on every device. Those companies apply their own terms and privacy policies. Disconnecting a source in the app stops new signals from that connection when the product supports that control.
Shopify hosts this website and processes storefront and form data. Apple and Google process App Store and Google Play accounts and purchases. Wearable and device companies process data under their own policies when you connect them. Authentication for My Nara on this site uses the same sign-in as the app.
We do not use this website to request medical records or to make clinical decisions. We do not use website form data to sell health information. Health-related context you share in the app is for coaching, not for advertising on this website. In-app privacy choices are shown in the product.
Unsubscribe from product updates in those emails, or ask for the website email record to be removed through the store contact channel. In the app, use the in-product privacy and connection controls to review, update, or disconnect what you shared. Store purchases follow Apple or Google account rules.
This website is not directed at children. Do not submit an email if you are not old enough to consent to marketing messages in your country. If this page changes, we will update it here. Continued use after an update means the new text applies to later visits.
