Safety, first steps, billing, the app, and your account — so you can set up Nara with a clear picture of what the product can do.
Safety & Security
Nara is a coaching experience. Use it alongside — not instead of — your own judgment and qualified care.
Not medical care
Nara provides fitness and wellbeing guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease. For injuries, symptoms, or medical restrictions, follow a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services — not Nara.
Your account
The website and the Nara app use the same account. Sign in with the email and password you created. Keep that password to yourself. You can reset it from the website reset-password page when that flow is available.
What you share
You choose what profile details, check-ins, and device connections to give Nara. Camera, motion, or health permissions are requested in the app only when a feature needs them. You can review how information is used on

and
Privacy Policy.
Getting Started
Set up Nara in the app. Exact screens can vary by build, but the path is the same.
-
01
Set up your account
Download Nara from the App Store or Google Play. Create your account with email and password — the same sign-in used later on this website. Then choose the membership that fits: Training + Nutrition, Nara Complete, or add-ons shown in the app.
-
02
Tell Nara about you
Complete your profile: goals, experience, available time, equipment, and any restrictions you want Nara to respect. The more context you share, the more your plan can fit your life. You can update this later.
-
03
Pair a device
Open connected devices in the app and choose a supported wearable or source. Follow the on-screen pairing steps and grant only the permissions you are comfortable with. Not every metric exists on every device. You can skip this and use check-ins instead.
-
04
Record a live coach session
Start a session from your plan. When Live Coach is available in your build, allow camera access if the app asks, position your phone so Nara can see the movement, and follow the on-screen cues. Camera coaching follows what the current app build enables — it is guidance, not a clinical assessment.
Billing
Memberships can be billed on this website through Stripe, or in the Nara app through the App Store or Google Play.
Where billing happens
Subscribe on naraxai.com or in the Nara app. Website memberships are billed by Stripe and unlock the same account in the app. App Store and Google Play memberships stay with Apple or Google — this website never cancels those.
Free trial
Eligible new subscribers can start a 30-day free trial on annual plans. Monthly plans do not include a trial. After the trial, the annual membership renews automatically unless you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Web memberships are billed through Stripe. App Store memberships are managed in the Nara app.
Cancel or change
If you subscribed on the website, manage billing from My Nara. If you subscribed in the Nara app, manage the subscription in the App Store or Google Play account you used. Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a period that has already started.

App help
Most of Nara lives in the app. Exact screens can vary by build — use this when something in the product is not behaving as expected.
Can’t sign in
Use the same email and password as this website. If sign-in fails, check your connection, confirm that email, and reset your password. Then open the app again. Installing Nara from a store listing does not create a second account.
Permissions
Camera, motion, notifications, or health permissions are requested only when a feature needs them. You can change these later in your phone settings. Denying a permission may limit that feature without closing your account.
Sessions and Live Coach
Start a session from your plan. If a session looks out of date, check that your goals, available time, and restrictions are current, then open the plan again. When Live Coach is available in your build, allow camera access if the app asks and follow the on-screen cues. Camera coaching is guidance, not a clinical assessment.
Keep Nara updated
Install app updates from the App Store or Google Play so you have the current coaching experience. If something still looks stuck after an update, email support with your device and what you see.
Account
One Nara account works in the app and on this website.
One sign-in
The email and password you created are the same ones you use in the app and here. Keep that password to yourself.
Website access
Sign in with that email, then open My Nara to see profile, program, goals, and progress from the app:
and
My Nara.
Reset your password
Enter your account email and follow the link we send. The new password works in both the app and the website:
Reset password.
Close or change your account
For help changing the email on your account, or if you want the account closed, email support@naraxai.com from the address you use to sign in. Cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription separately if you also want billing to stop.
Devices Connected
Connected sources can add sleep, activity, heart rate, HRV, or recovery-oriented context so coaching can adapt to how you feel.
How to connect
In the app, open the connected-devices flow, select your source, and complete pairing there. Disconnect the same way when you want Nara to stop receiving new signals from that source.
Sources shown in Nara
Apple Watch, WHOOP, and Garmin appear in Nara’s connected-devices flow. Oura Ring, Polar, and Fitbit are shown in the same family — confirm live availability in the app before treating them as active for your account. Equipment such as ABXCORE is a separate training experience when that setup is available.
No wearable required
Nara can personalize coaching from your profile, goals, and check-ins alone. A connected device is optional extra context, not a requirement to get started.
